Our Journey

Taqwa Islamic School began its noble journey on 11th April 2010, inaugurated by the hands of Hazrat Maulana Rabey Hasani Nadwi . Since its inception, the school has been guided by one mission — to nurture faith, character, and intellect in the light of Qur’an and Sunnah.

At Taqwa, we believe that all true knowledge springs from the same divine source. We therefore strive to impart contemporary education within an Islamic atmosphere, where modern subjects like English, Mathematics, Computer Science, History, and Geography are taught alongside Qur’an, Seerah, Hadith, Arabic language, and Islamic civilization.

Our classrooms inspire curiosity, reflection, and discipline. Students are encouraged to think critically, communicate confidently, and live righteously, guided by the noble character (Uswah) of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Through public speaking, personality development, and practical life skills — all within the boundaries of Islamic Shariah — we prepare them to engage the modern world with conviction and grace.

We believe that the future of our Ummah lies in the hands of our children — the future doctors, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and Imams who will shape the world with wisdom and faith. Yet beyond their professions, they bear a greater mission: to uphold and teach Tawheed — to their families, friends, and the society around them. For this, they must be firmly grounded in both ‘Ilm’ (knowledge) and ‘Amal’ (action) — a balance that forms the very soul of Taqwa.
